Able to map-out deliverable output of the project to ensure profitability, and prioritize courses of action to meet Total Project Management Services objectives in every aspect of work, including preparation, process, quality, site management, completion schedules, cost control and safety, to maintain the company's competitive edge as a specialist leader in the facade industry.

Responsibilities:

• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Works synergistically with Top Managements and Project Teams on global projects / joint undertakings.
• Set priorities and contingency plans to maintain effectiveness given the limitation of budget constraints.
• Proposes and response to client requests for any additional work required, and ensures that all variation orders are feasible and capable of being completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor the project costs to ensure the profitability and the legal compliance of the overall project.
• Analyzes and optimize project cash flow, revenue, margins and bill rates variation.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Global facade and curtain wall project management.
• Good judgment, prompt decision-making ability, responsibility and accountability.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous.
• Commitment to teamwork as both a contributor and a leader.
• Strong team-player with excellent reporting, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in project planning, progress control and project coordination.
• Experience in Microsoft Project Office or relevant project management tools required.
